  Besides national security issue, Island is too close to the boundary of the tetonic plates that caused the Indian Ocean tsunami.

  Then how about all those who think that S'pore HDB flats are over price ppl, pool their money together, then buy the land..... You can now get out of S'pore for good and have 'landed properties' to live on....... So much better than here.......
