Question - 32 year old to command central police division?

  I suppose this chap is the first batch of police scholars; with the police trying to emulate the known failures of MINDEF policies.
  
  So... let's do some simple calculations
  
  2 years of NS = 20 years old
  4 years of Yale = 24 years old
  9 months in UN = 25 years old
  x2 MBA = 25 + 4 = 29 years old
  
  So 32 - 29 = 3 years
  
  A guys with 3 years of actual working experience will head central division.
  
  Well, with a lame police force that cannot arrest anyone unless grievous hurt is done, who needs the police force anyway.
