Will so many things happened recently .. all things rises .. ppl cried in pain and complaints ..
wonder any implication to the next GE .. -
they bribe the citizens into voting for them...
w the offset packages..
ppl think the gov is giving them money,
but in fact is returning them their own money lohz...
but not to worry, like a phase in an army song,
`they give u a hundred dollars, they take back ninety-nine`
some say even more. -

Singaporean as a whole are still strong supporters of PAP

Haha, ok la, I'll concede to you la happieman, if it makes you happy that the PAP will win the next elections and ya I admit I don't think anyone in Singapore thinks alike to the Singaporean next to him or her if that is what you mean. I mean, it's absurd to suggest that two humans can think alike under any circumstances, how foolish of me. Anyway, everything is so happy and jolly right, we shouldn't fuss over stuff like that. I'm deeply sorry if i hurt ur feelings with the 'electoral amnesia' quip. I assure u that I'll be the good and happy Singaporean I am suppose to be and stop floundering random medical terms to depict the motivations guiding our electorate.

Most Singaporeans are aware of the myriad of controls that the ruling party exerts over the electoral system in this country, making the process anything but free and fair.
The lack of an independent election commission, the use of the GRC system, the sudden changes of rules and regulations, the numbering of the ballot slips, the impossibly short campaign period, the gerrymandering are all problems that Singaporeans are familiar with.
But little has been done to reform the process. This forum hopes to kick-start a national effort to address and rectify an election system that is politically moribund. Rather than just talk (yet again) about the problems, this forum will focus on action that can be taken to rectify the situation...

If PM Lee's GRC has a walkover... I'm not surprised. I'm not even surprised if I can't vote... because he's the PM. -
I predict a huge drop in pap's vote. Their overall votes should go down from 66% to at least below 60%

Key word = organisation.
You need that if you want to wage a successful campaign. Time for the other parties to think corporate in their outreach and use popular strategies in the advertising and media fields. -
Hopfully the support will drop from 66.6% to the lower end of 55%......
