Pathetic, really! More Singaporeans leaving Singapore and majority of FTs and FWs don't want to stay on. What will become of Singapore in 10 or 20 years's time! PAP has themselves to blame.
For your info, will4 - HDB owners cannot sell their flats to any race but has to adhere to the rules and guidelines of HDB to sell their flats. The outerior of the flats does not belong to the HDB flat owners but belong to gahmen PAP. Besides this there are still other limitations of HDB house owners. With PAP expect that there will always be limitations good or bad, more like protecting the interests of PAP. With PAP, the citizens will always live within the fence set by them.
