If getting 'improvements' means Pay and Pay more...

  Hi ,
  
  if so-called improvements coming your way means Pay And Pay more and more,
  
  what does that mean also?
  
  when inventors make new products , their products become successful when it costs less or similar but able to do the job much better, faster, more efficient.
  
  when scientists discover new technologies , life is improved for example, hybrid cars now costs similar to traditional old tech cars. you now also have CNG cars priced the same as a old traditional tech car.
  
  That , ladies and gentlemen is what I would vocabularise as IMPROVEMENT and PROGRESS.
  
  If everything coming your way is possible only with price hikes, I say omffg!

  Your view makes a lot of sense and should be used to evaluate improvements. Some improvements may not result in an instant quantifiable result though, eg improvements in the education system or intangibles like a courtesy campaign. But I think a method to evaluate these logically that is acceptable to citizens is also necessary and should be published.
  
  By the way, why red-dress-man? Do you like red dresses or something?
