what is your wish for 2008 for thing to happen in sgp ?
my wish is may the righteous triumph over evil doers.
luckily, humans are not immortal, no matter who the mudder you are. examples abound.

I wish mercenaries , people who because of greed for money and power, willing to sacrifice the others, all go to visit suhito.
there are quite many of these that i know. i am sure you know too.
alas, money will buy souls.

... prices of goods so high, people are buying less, stalls/retailers are selling less...
... seems people are bracing themselves for a rough 2008...

Wish we will not see LKY any more before end of 2008, either he gets out of Singapore or whatever. Just can't stop his nuisance. He is no longer a talent but a liability to Singapore the country and the people of Singapore.

I hope that Lee Kuan Yew can shut his mouth in 2008.
Tired of him talkingco*ck once every few weeks on TV with his drivel.

I wish for most Singaporeans to lose their jobs.
I wish for all of GIC's/Temasek's investments to crumble and for our reserves to be depleted.
I wish Kids have aspirations to work in the construction/domestic help sector so that we don't have to rely on Foreign workers.
I wish I have the strength to lecture on morality but at the same time call openly for somebody's death.
I wish that the media will print bad news about Singapore everyday and hope that things are just as bad.
I wish that we have an old age pension scheme so that they can rob you and feed me while I spend my time playing guitar on a beach resort.
I wish for all these because somehow, I don't quite like the ruling party. They are not as good as other governments in the other parts of the world. I'm sure when Chee Soon Juan is elected, he can discover gold, oil, coal and increase land area to grow grain, wheat, barley, cattle, vegetables. We can go to the prime ministers office everyday to voice our concerns and protest. We will live happily ever after.

Wow, you even if you don't like the ruling party, you don't need to wish people lose their jobs, so evil. If they lose their jobs, are you going to feed them? -

Don't get me wrong, I'm a moral person but I do wish the death of some politicians in Singapore (Just check out my contribution to the LKY when are you gonna pass away thread). So what if they lose their jobs ? As long as they lose their jobs and I can prove that the government unemployment figures given are misleading, its ok. If they lose their jobs, the onus is on Govt to feed them. Or can increase tax to feed them also. Get rid of CPF, start the pension. CPF, I don't work, I don't have. Pension, I don't work but I still have. What for work so hard when we can all slack ?

Pension? Thats only if it is sustainable and the future generation of workers are willing to pay for pensioners.

How come so many bold and courageous pple here dare to say bad things ab LKY..just curious..though I don't like his policies and always support opposition parties....still dare not curse him in black and white...is it true that comments here will not be sued..anyone care to comments plse..thks

So many do the same in other forums, if LKY wants to sue then he will not have much money left. He sues he will have to take the risk that people will not vote for PAP, ha ha ha.

I wish some politician would make an extremely blatant mistake and that Singaporeans will be smart enough to see through the coverups by the local media. Bonus points if the politician resides in the Cabinet.

Best if most Singaporeans can only afford 2 meals a day and weekend the City ghost town, then Singaporeans can truly see what an absurd government we have and cast their votes in the opposite direction.

Wish the garmen find brilliant ways to lure Ex-Singaporeans back to Singapore and of course we wont be so stupid to belakang pusing but at least with these steady proposals got feel a bit shiok mah.
