Is citizenship and PRs passe?

  Being a PT(perm tourist) now seems to be better than even PRs without any obligations though in a cultural sense seems rootless, but in aglobalised village, do we have achoice? I bet that most rich sporeans who lived overseas flying aro und is treated better than their citizens.So without a a strong national identity, sporeans should learn to be PT forget even PRs and citizenships as it seems passe??

  that's the problem the best solution seems to be available only for the moneyed class:)
