ST reported a woman ex millionaire who was not only bankrupted but suffered a stroke and on wheelchair.Good friend who don't earn much help her around with some foodstuff and raise some money from the church.She was grateful for her friend's help though her relatives now shunned her
The social dept later cut off her 300 bucks a month assistance stating that the ex millionaire does not come clean with her assets declared.
So this all look like some TVB drama , is the woman using her friend's kindness? but the social dept can't make this up either right...

I also want to know WHY he doesn't have a 'Link' for us to read the News ourselve..... All we hear is HIS side of the story.....
