US recession won't affect us?

If you are doing business in Asia, maybe you can still do OK.....how about those who do business with the States ot work in US companies
2008 will not be an easy one for the working class that is dependent on US trade

dog poo.. even those with most of their business in Asia will get a pimp slap from the US recession. It imports too bloody much from countries like china and.. hell china alone enough.. main thing is that when demand from US and A fall= demand from china+others fall = bad days. for gods sake singapore makes money from wafer farbication and oil refining once US is hit no one's gonna buy all that...

USA falls, everyone suffers. USD goes down, everything that is measured against it goes up. For example, oil, gold, silver all at record highs mainly due to the falling USD. Crude oil seems to have settled at USD $100 per barrell. If their economy goes into a recession, their dollar will drop further and oil prices will go up further.. Ouch! Then you will see SBS, SMRT, Taxi, petrol prices all going up in SG. Our money is getting more and more worthless.
