Will SG turn to partial welfare?

  I mean let's face it you can't have a healthy state with just the top 20% running the show..

  So will SG go partial welfare to support the 80% who are not employers, millionaires and rich minister?

  True. Only a small elite clique wields power in this country.

  The media is state propaganda, there is no civil society, the population is apathetic and ignorant, all political activities are tighly controlled. WP wants to organise a cycling event also hard.
