the topic of protest exposed him out to be either a political dumber or to be totally not in tune with reality. Singaporeans are realistic people. Thats why he failed to get the support. He thought he could copy the Burmese protest topic and make it work in Singapore. How simple minded he is.
Anyway, maybe one day, someone exposed his private bank account which might be in Switzerland that he is receiving significant financial support from a source which requires him to instigate the puplic to protest even if he is to be jailed. His performance is measured by the number of times he is in jail per year and the response of the countrymen to his efforts.
he is born in 1962. That makes him 46 years old. His source might cut his funding after 50 years old. Then we shall see him "disappear" from Singapore and enjoy life somewhere else.
Wonder how much his backer would have to fork out this time to get him out of jail........ oh Wait..... No Money is needed...... cause he will AGAIN, try to MARTYR himself by going to jail for 2 weeks.... including a hungerstrike.... and most likely a trip to the Hospital......
I like the question posed by this Reuters reporter, "is the holding of a placard against the law in Singapore".
