I woud like to suggest a scheme where education is offered free for those who sincerely wish to..
and the cost of this to be paid by after graduating installments..at least these would leave people free from the mercy of bank loans
In countries like Finland, education is free
In Germany also, free . In Malaysia, the students get loan from government, and after graduate, slowly pay back
