Who has proven this research is possible or have the answer? Should this be public knowlege?
If all on contract, how will this affect the Retrenchment statistic? Permanent employees are more difficult to retrench than Contract ones?
Or there is no need to retrench contract staff on contracts 1 year or 6 months or less since just not renewing it will stop the employment? convenient?
How many positions are permanent and how many are contracts? compare the last 5 years till date.

1) attend meet-the-MP session to direct your question
2) call up MOM
3) research for statistical information through singstats.

Yes you are right. Nowadays even army regulars, teachers work on contract basis.
