He leaves it to his wife Melinda to handle the personnel and culture aspect of his empire.
Look at what our million-dollar ministers are doing. It looks like they have no clue what competitions are all about. At the moment they are lacking a key player among the ministers who are mostly lawyers who only know about control and law and order for their own sake. Despite all the claims for talents and ability, what we are seeing is our ministers thinking of ways and means of taking and sucking more monies (even with the profiteering going on that runs down the economy for years) from the people running down our competitiveness with more taxing and profiteering schemes of all sorts.
What talent have they got to unleash the power of the people in harnessing technology as Bill Gates is bent on doing to maintain his success.
