If as a talented minister in charge of Home Affairs he should have the talents to set up processes which will require the gukhas to clock about three core duties every shift (1) Alertness Routines (detailed in Databases set up in CCTV/Surveilance System) (2) Patrol/Station Routine (3) Conduct of Guards/Supervisors (Detailed in Databases set up in CCTV/Surveilance System).

These three simple process management is passed everyday by the Prison Chief and anything that is not passed is reviewed by him with urgent and immediate actions taken with a copy to the Permanent Secretary who will oversee operations on behalf of Ministers.

Minister of HA will review the entire Security Operations based on the month-end (process variances closed on Fridays) with simple task-lines alerting ministers of any key problems.

Now let Minister for Home Affairs prove his competence by answering the above queries. If he is doubtful about such process management then he is not fit to be head of our intelligence or security.
