  Do the highly educated humans of the pore know what is behind those figures published?

  what is the real exact actual employment rate for purely citizens only (includes those who have served and continued serving as defenders of the city by way of reservist) ?  The need for this info is simple, for clarity. and so that the statistics collected makes sense. and so that the money spent on doing such things is not gone to waste.
