Just a technicality. Singapore is so small...have king very funny, plus grand duke sounds more cool, and the only grand duchy in the world currently has the highest per capita income.
How come the king thread got locked? I wanted to post a reply seconding that but I couldn't, leaving me with no choice but to suggest something else instead.

The last Sultan of Singapore is Sultan Hussein Shah of Johore, 1819 - 1835.
If I am not mistaken, his decendants are still living in Singapore. In HBD flat some where in Pasir Panjang.

Yes confer him with our Bukit Timah hill, so that he can live among the monkeys and forget about mankind.
But we need a king to confer him the title. So who does the honor ?
