Different company boss hire differently in the pore.
I notice this in a very obvious way.
There is this company who hires thousands of staff.
Many from overseas.
another one also does the same but the racial type hired distinctly differs from the other company.
thus I say, it depends really on the boss.
some prefer 1 color while the others another color.
When you hire many of 1 color, chances that the managers of that color will continue to hire their same colors more than the other colors, maybe no choice sometimes.
