  nowadays teenagers r gettin more n more violence...

  no happi beat ppl up...stealin n havin a rude behavior...

   

  they tink they can get away cos they r minor...

  their names n photo cant be publised, they cant b jailed n cant b caned...

  they most they go boys home where they tink they goin chalet like tat...

   

  wat i tink its bout time 2 change all tat...

  we really need a scrapegoat 2 make then fear n tink b4 they do those things...

   

  4 exemple:

  kids age 10 n below wil go boys' home

  teenagers 11 onwards will go jail n even get caned (if case is serious)
