I think it is technically not possible for commercial dish and illegal.
1] (I think) it is illegal to own any form of satelite unless you have license for it.
2] I'm not an engineer but I believe you cannot simply tapped into any satelite with your illegal commercial dish.
3] You will need a decoder to unlock all the myraids of programmes.
4] Even if you wish to pay for Astro, MDA won't allow as it doesn't fall under local censorship and guidelines.
