oxford moron,
As per above. How can we trust our lives to your flawed logic and understanding by making another mistake of voting in P4P again?
From the numerous exchanges I had with you in the past, I would your IQ to be in the range of sub 100. Most of the time, after you lose an argument with me, you will go in to hiding for an extended period of time. When you notice that I am no longer active in Speaker's Corner, you will resurface, only to get your pride demean before going back into seclusion again.
My logic is clear and I have the interest of the Singapore people at heart. Even though you and me are at different ends, but I still have you and the welfare of Singaporeans at heart. I would ascribe your affliction of low level intelligence to a freak of nature and not bear any grudges against you. Obviously if you are an imbecile in the habit of making erroneous decisions, you should not be at fault, because you do not have the ability to reason logically. Seriously speaking, you should follow in my footsteps and vote in the opposition, it's the wisest choice.
one guy's wife found porn on his pc and reported to pulleys.
not sure why she did that considering porn is univeral and enjoyed by adults. adults have their own private porn also but not video'd only.
you guys comments about why she did what she did knowing full well the impact to his hubby who is into politricks?
i no no leh.
many many things cannot be easily comprehended ones.
I can understand y he vote for PAP , cos SDP is quite CMI, when SDP came to contest in my ward I voted for PAP too, when I shift i was in a PAP vs WP ward, its a no brainer to vote for WP, I think this guy is trying to say we need credible opposition but this case it can be interpret wrongly !!
I think if I have teh chance again, I'll cast an invalid vote. Must be the first time voting get into my head.
"Seriously speaking, you should follow in my footsteps and vote in the opposition, it's the wisest choice -maurizio13"
Blind leading the blind? What have the opposition to offer?
50 storey flats?
Multi - tiered streets for those who want to own cars?
Free education for all and WP pays ( from their own wallets) best educators in the world?
$5000 a month basic salary to all Singaporeans? Kick out all foriegners and talents?
or vote for opposition so that:-
- free speech in any corner of singapore, hungry or die your own problem?
So who's the moron? maurizio13 - you are the best candidate.

At least we don't have the wicked leading the blind. The wicked will lead the blind to hell, so that they can sell your souls to lucifer for $$$. ![]()
Wow!!!
Which maniac came up with those ideas? You, me or some politician? ![]()
I was merely pointing out to oxford moron how wrong he was in his analysis. You did read his analysis and my reply didn't you? If his analysis was gravely wrong and he supports P4P, then obviously he was banking on the wrong set of analysis and facts to base his support for P4P. If he was wrong and I was right in my analysis, then isn't it wiser to follow the right choice.
I hope this is not too complex for your mind.
FYI, oxford moron has been consistently wrong in all his past arguments and analysis.
So you think your analysis is right? within the boundaries of your limited brain capacity i must add to help you with your excuses.
Go ahead with your vote as is your right. Just know that you only have 1 chance to get it right, if not for yourself, it would be for your family, relatives and friends for the next 5 years. Good luck. You will need it more than anyone else.
the thing about true freedom of choice and democracy is that people are allowed to vote whichever the hell way they want to vote..
if i decide that the MIW idiot is useless, and that the opposition is worthless, i may choose to spoil my vote - it is my right
if i decide that the MIW fella is sincere, and that the opposition is a conman and charlatan, i may choose to vote for the MIW - it is my right
if i decide that the MIW is a bum and i cannot trust him, and that the opposition is sincere and will work for the people, i may choose to vote for the opposition - it is my right
for you people who condemn those who exercise their rights, you are no better than tinpot fascist wannabes.. and think about it.. if the country was to be placed in hands like yours, we would probably see death squads to rub out people who disagree with you...
now.. think about that.. think about what democracy and freedom of choice truly means..
and then RESPECT THE DECISION OF THE MAN who dared to choose with his conscience, his logic and his heart.. instead of some nonsensical brainless "anti-MIW" kneejerk actions which a lot in SC seem to be unable to get out of...

You mean you agree with oxford moron's analogy? Where he used Dell and Acer (2 different groups) to compare with WP, PAP and SDP (3 different groups).
You don't agree with my analogy 3 groups equate to 3 groups?
Don't worry, I am sure I will be right with my vote, as I have been right with my analysis thus far. I will also encourage all my families and friends to vote for opposition too. Thanks for wishing me good luck, thus indirectly wishing for opposition to win the next election. ![]()
Go ahead, Poh, but bewarned, there will be many whom are like me, and will not stand idle and watch these 30% to be used and abuse by the likes of you to satisfy your personal egos, satisfactions and desires.
I feel sad that some have been mislead by PAP propaganda.
Dogs may bark, but the caravan moves on.
There is no other way.

your counter is logical, but it is really the election preamble that is called into question. credible opposition clamped even before they can campaign, iron-clad media control that only pushes the government agenda and election manifesto and arguably `illegal' sweeteners put forth to sway the apolitical/elderly electorates are areas that are questionable.
had the government be more `open' to allow credible opposition to challenge the MIW in a more `level' playing field, the end state is that the country as a whole `move forward'. surely the MIW do not have ALL the answers. if the MIW touts itself as having the best candidates possible, why worry? as you rightly put it, the electorate is smart enough to make the right choice.
by its iron-fisted control of every conceivable lever to maintain total power, the MIW has instead done singapore a disfavor.

What are the instances that the opposition were 'clamped' down?
What are the instances of 'iron-clad' media control' you so claimed?
What 'sweeteners' are you insinuating?
The opposition had all the time in the world to prepare the ground. Media organisations espacially mainstream ones have a responsibility to report only on newsworthy items, which i sadly found none at opposition rallies.
Were opposition candidates denied opportunities to stage rallies, even if some of them are 'johnny-come-lately' types?
Fairness aside, should the ruling party, whom had worked immensely hard for years to create this country we lived, lend a hand to the opposition, who had done nothing but to cast aspersion and whom seek to topple them?
Politics is not for the faint hearted. Winning the election is but only the stepping stone to the world's stage, where the arena is more merciless. If opposition can't handle the election and scream for fairness, then our country will be worse off when they are elected and have to face the multi-polar world.
Please be more objective in your opinions and state the facts.

if you deny and could not even see the obvious, it then makes no sense for me to point those out to you. your eyes are bottle-capped already.
nobody is asking the ruling government to hand the power to the opposition on a platter. for you to suggest that is incredibly naive.
for a nation of 40 over years and still cannot trust the people to make the right judgement in choosing their leaders, singapore is heading towards a `political maturity vacuum' that will come to haunt it in time to come, some suggest sooner than later.
and the MIW work immensely hard for what? wealth hoarding within the inner circle or a fair share for every citizen?
your desription of the political process in singapore is akin to saying that because i am the defending champion of the 100m race, i am entitled to the best spikes and you, a challenger, can only wear rubber shoes.
if the PAP fears the opposition more than its own belief and capability of winning a (fair) fight, doesn't that tell you something about the quality of the PAP men?
Your meaning of objective is to agree with your views??? ![]()

please just list 2 or 3 instances where `the arena is more merciless on the world stage'? what is it that Mah Bow Tan can do at the world stage that a similar man of reasonable intelligence of his calibre cannot? isn't it just the authority and power entrusted to him that enable him to perform those duties? and with experience and wisdom, that's where he gets better (& i am not referring to MBT)
i can sensed that you are well indoctrinated, playing by `instilling fear' and `casting doubts'. and little else.
