LKY was at first a socialist. Later after he has secured power he has changed his mind and given up to be a socialist.
Is this desertion of the cause of workers or people not something more worse and more diabolical than communism whom he hated.
At least communists are fighting for the people against the capitalists for unfair exploitation of workers and ordinary people whereas look at what is LKY fighting for now - for himself his elite ministers or for the benefits of the workers?

pragmatic approach.He impose the burden to survive on mandane ppl themself.As a man he suceed in making fames and fortune,but he should do sth to benefit the ppl's interest more.

If everything difficult is done in short-cut like importing cheap foreign workers to replace citizen workers or replace them as citizens isn't this pragmatic too. Isn't it dirty or immoral or being complacent?
