PM Lee spoke on TV tonight asking citizens to unite and overcome problems together.
Does he walk the talk ? If he is serious then he must govern the country without dividing it into elites and non-elites, million-dollar ministers and the empty-bin collectors and double standards one for minister for Home Affair and one for Prison Guard over the poor and shoddy window construction of the prison toilet which allowed the escape of the limping terrorist head.
If he is to unite the people, then government must know how to maintain uniformity of treatments for his minister for lousy performance and those in the lower rung.
How else can be expect the prison guard to be united with the minister if the minister is not answerable for the unsafe construction of the prison fence and window?
