  This happened in school premises. A fellow schoolmate ran and knocked into him, resulting in casuality from one party(the schoolmate) The parent came down, and demanded compensation principal denied responsilbilty. Compenstation, the parent siad, is to be in CASH form, not insurance what to do?

  That's extortion.

  If they are seeking medical reimbursement, you should ask for the official receipt or invoices.

  You should not be giving cash for nothing.
