Obviously architect lol.....personal trainer is just a side line job, and you get to meet lots of people on the job lol.
I'm 27 now, well when your in a good architecture firm backed by the British government, i'm sure you'll see a big fat pay packet up to 5 digits per month and just save your damn money for when your old and sickness falls in, i'm sure about that i'll not want to suffer bad. I've been working as an architect for 3 years+ now.

It seems to me that either some famous celebrity achitect or you are someone who have made a big fortune from William Hill.
To make £1m in UK in 3 years, you will have to earn an average of £333,000 a year or £27,750 a month. Suppose if your "day" job pay you 80% of your income, that you mean your job as an architect is paying you £266,000 per year or £22,200 per month.
According to the some the reports I found on internet, the annual salary scale of an average achitect is around £30 to 40K, which is about 13% of what you claimed you are making.

Furthermore, if you are can accumulate £1m of wealth at age 27, after working as an architect for 3 years, you will have to earn £1.66m because of the 40% income tax.
Are you in anyway related to Norman Foster?
It doesn't work out from the perspective that you are looking at. Some projects are mediocre but some are high end, there's no fixed amount and i wouldn't use "average" as a word in this field.
Apart from that, i'd be going too much into personal details which i don't see a need to share over the net. Happy figuring out from your sources over the internet. All i can say is, you're no where near from what you have assumed.
By the way, just an advice, if you're in Singapore, focus on yourself first before trying to figure out and calculate someone else's payslip.
I believe the field Dimitri is in is base on project basis?

If you want to smoke, go find a better place to do it. Not here.

Yea, it's based on projects from time to time. But the way it is, there's not much vacation time in between.

U mean Dimitri is lying? Why not u start the ball rolling by showing your payslip? I am standing in a neutral position now .. Just curious why u think that way.

It's obvious you can't handle what i am saying, if you aren't happy that someone else is doing better in life, then it's just too bad, you don't really have to act like you're all bothered about it. It's crystal clear all you are aiming here is to go all out to troll and flame. Don't waste your time, you aren't my match, easiest way is to just ignore you. I don't have time to involve myself any longer to people such as yourself. Have at you.
sometimes, in sg, the cost of living each month just dont work out to ur monthly pay u noe. >.<

If he claim to be an investment banker, I would have not choice but to give him the benefit of doubt. As an achitect at 27 years old being paid S$600,000 a year? Go fly kite.
Well he can disbelieve all he wants, like i could care lol. Have a nice day flamer, you're just threading into deeper waters with what you're saying.

Dimitri, at 27 years old with 3 years experience, you will still be a mediocre assistant architech running like a dog for your senior and project manager. In a short span of 3 years, how many projects can you possibly see from A-Z, not to mention about manage. What track record do you have to command such astronomical salary as an architect?
Lol, you're angry all over the place and a nice word to use such as a "dog". Oh boy you're so full of it, you've finally let out all your emotions. No surprise to how immature you show yourself to be. No matter how hard you try to belittle me, it's got absolutely & completely no effect. Nice try troll flamer but try harder.

It's not really about experience.. It's just making the right choice and meeting the right person..

Please do me a favour, go ask around and see if it is possible for a 27yo architect with 3 years working experience to be making S$600,000 a year.
