It seems to me that either some famous celebrity achitect or you are someone who have made a big fortune from William Hill.
To make £1m in UK in 3 years, you will have to earn an average of £333,000 a year or £27,750 a month. Suppose if your "day" job pay you 80% of your income, that you mean your job as an architect is paying you £266,000 per year or £22,200 per month.
According to the some the reports I found on internet, the annual salary scale of an average achitect is around £30 to 40K, which is about 13% of what you claimed you are making.

It doesn't work out from the perspective that you are looking at. Some projects are mediocre but some are high end, there's no fixed amount and i wouldn't use "average" as a word in this field.
Apart from that, i'd be going too much into personal details which i don't see a need to share over the net. Happy figuring out from your sources over the internet. All i can say is, you're no where near from what you have assumed.
By the way, just an advice, if you're in Singapore, focus on yourself first before trying to figure out and calculate someone else's payslip.
