  it is damn true... even for the Gulf war, when the old Bush were presenting to the UN, they fabricated some of the things, like getting a young Kuwaitee gal to "cry" infront of the whole assembly.
  
  Somehow, such poitical underhand ways are just part and parcel of their lives, so that their push for a certain cause stands credibly firm.
