The simplest method would be to use both Firefox and IE at the same time. The main reason is because they use different cookies.
In addition, you can even use different internet proxies to do so. You can even minimize the browser size so that you only see the shoutbox. This way, you can fit 8 or more shoutbox in one screen.

You can log in yet another different account using it. In addition, the IP address logged on the server will be different. You can even use it to bypass any of MDA's internet block on any websites
There's more than 1 website being able to do such things. Hence my statement of 10 or more accounts definitely would hold.
