r stat board civil service?or r they exempted from any kind of code of conduct like normal civil service dept?
yes... part of civil service
just tat they are there to perform their role i.e. AVA or NParks or ITE or e Polytechnics
so they also subject to disciplinary action if any staff committed an offence.and not like private dept and independent body.
