Many problems have already arisen in ministry after ministry due to lack of hands-on process management to apply proper timely supervision to attain highest standards and results in their major or core tasks e.g. MHA, MINDEF, MND, MOM, etc.
Solutions to the many problems encountered are simple. Just put up core tasks to be
monitored daily and hourly and get them passed every day with all
deviations tracked hands-on to the desired grades judged by the most
senior with copies sent to the minister in charge.
The sets of databases will ensure standards are kept to the highest
possible and attainable. Such hands-on process management offers many
facets of control, processing, comparison against prescribed databases
which generate results.
Such process management was sent to SPRING sometime ago but was turned
away because it is a local product not of international repute to
warrant another look.
Ask SPRING whether it has something better today as compared with such
process management capable of passing prescribed standards in the form of
databases everyday?
It is a shame ministry
after ministry do not respect local management excellence even where it
has already been proven successful in reducing the management fee from $1.00 per
share value to $0.20 per share value saving for the particular environment
huge expenditure while increasing efficiency as posted in another
thread.
Minister for HA should have no such problems at check points or courts or prisons in overseeing certain critical duties again once he is prepared
to be humble to apply process management as introduced to SPRING in the public interest even if it is not his own or
government's idea.
