Lol.. i rather have more superpowers than just one run by a crazy chimpanzee?
Russia.. other than their decaying nukes.. they are pretty much frozen and isolated economically and to a lesser extent politically.. but for now. You never know what will happen with Putin steering Russia to another era.
Japan economically and technologically can be a superpower, but their constitution doesn't allow her to do so.
India. Economically they are huge. But they haven't exerted as much influence regionally and globally than say China.
China. They are just aggressive in all aspects. Economics, politics, sports etc etc. If there will be another superpower, my bet will be China.
Guys, guys, this is not about USA or whichever country. The issue is HIGH PRICE IN OIL LEADING TO SUFFERING OF BILLIONS in the world!
Oil should never be more than $60 a barrel, according to Opec. So who is driving up oil prices?
Some say financial groups. But where does their money comes from? The answer lies in Iran, with their treasury that has billions unspent due to international sanctions. They want to make nuclear weapons in a world that is trying to limit nuclear weapon proliferation. Israel has nuclear arms, but did they cry 'death to US and Iran daily? NONE!
Can Iran be responsible with WMD? NONE. They do not recognise any international treaties, and had even sanction the holding of hostages on their soil as a govt entity. Dare you trust them with WMD? NO!
Right now, their only weapon to get the world begging on their knees is to buy back cheap oil with their funds through their subsidiaries and sell back at a higher price, making more money and making more people in the world suffer as a result!
I am not asking for vigilante action on Iran. I am seeking political representation to wage war on Iran, either multilaterally as a UN force or unilaterally led by a few countries in organised warfare to save the lives of billions of people in the world!
I am a responsible Singaporean by birth through Singaporean citizens and by occupation in this country, and am not a US citizen or hold a green card. Whatever US had done, i am not interested. I am only interested in making the price of oil fall to reasonable rates such as $60 a barrel, so that others requiring fuel will not raise their prices to operate which in turns pass on to us.
Iran is the cause of our suffering and the Iranian leadership MUST BE HELD RESPONSIBLE, which can only be ejected through a war!

Yeah and it is noticeable that for every friend USA loses the Chinese have a new friend.

Putin is no longer steering the Russian ship lah.
I dont see why Russia, India and Japan are the problem.
Now no problem.
But China gets too strong and acts cocky, they might join forces to counter China.
Now USA is the no.1 threat to Russia and China, so they buddy together.

In actual facts, China is become the favourite trade partners of OPEC and other resource rich countries in Africa and South America.

Israel without doubt possess nuclear weapons but it has never threatened neigbouring countries unlike Iran
We must be in two different worlds then.

Chinese-Russo relationship is OK getting better and Japanese will start to sway towards China.Only problem could be with the mamaks cuz USA has them Indians by the leash.

How long do you want to continue to pay through your nose and be a slave to Iran?
Like a toothache, war is a painful situation that will heal in time. If you don't take steps to extract the tooth, your pain will be forever.
Alone, i am useless. But i am prepared to go to the frontlines with likeminded others to make a difference. Whether i live or die is immaterial. Others must be able to live a life i had before the oil prices skyrocketed and made lives miserable for everyone else. The iranian leadership must die so that billion others in the world may survive!
LOLOLOL...I had a good laugh after reading this

High oil prices is caused by hostile actions towards Iran from the US and Israel. The solution to lower oil prices is peace in the middle east. Not war. You want oil to be $1000 a barrel is it? LOL! War does solve anything but complicate problems. It merely provides a short term solution to a persisting problem

China has no track record of interferring with foreign politics like the Americans do because China doesnt want people to interfer with theirs. As long as such policy is maintained, I dont see why China will become a threat to the world community.
However before China can become the next superpower, I think we will see alot of political resistance from USA.
US is not the only threat to Russia and China, they are also not welcome in many other parts of the world because of their foreign policies.

LOLOLOLOL! I had an equally good laugh over this. No war and price of oil will shoot up to $1000 a barrel anyway. Why wait for this to happen, until we are all broke and living on bark of trees? Wack Iran now is the only solution! There is still huge amount of oil underground even though the days of surface oil will soon be over in est 40 years time.
Wack Iran now is the only solution!
Who is going to whack?
is not guaranteed that attacking Iran and overthrowing the government will reduce oil price but instead it can drive it up,lets say USD 200 per barrel ![]()

Use your blane, use your blane, use your blane.
Good idea!!! In order to divert attention of finance crisis in USA, Mr Bush has 2 do it,man!!!
As my son doesnt do it himself, use the Gods' hands 2 do the walking!!!! like those Gods working 4 us here lah!!!!

Price of oil did not rise when Iraq was attacked or during the US occupation. It rose at the start of war for a few days and climbed back down.
But NOW, within a short span of a few months, oil price skyrocketed from $80 a barrel to $147 a barrel! Who is responsible for these movements? Who have that kind of money to move the market? Who would want to make others suffer to achieve their aims?
The answer is Iran. Eversince diplomatic and sanctions pressure applied on Iran to stop nuclear proliferation, it had played every card on the trick to evade inspections and delays. Now that the pressure is even more, their only solution left is to play the oil card. Buy up low price oil, create the demand, other small players jump in, then sell the oil at a higher rate.
It will continue as it did last week, when oil fell to $142 a barrel, but immediately as if by magic, it hit $147! Who could manipulate this market? Use your 'blane'. Iran is the answer. And Iran will not stop, to hell with the world, like a spoilt child, it wants to force the world onto their knees to give it the right to nuclear arms.
Are you going to trust them with WMD when they behave in this manner to get what they want? Will you go on your knees to beg another equal human?
I will not, and am prepared to volunteer myself for war. I am a republican and will kneel before no man. By my arms will i get rid of those who sought to make others kneel. If you don't want to fight, it is fine with me. Just give support to your elected representatives to push for a war on Iran. War is the only solution when diplomacy fail. Just ask Neville Chamberlin of England 1939.

I think you brainwashed by war propaganda already lah.
War war war.
Go and war with PAP regime lah.
Go and fuck with Lee Kuan Yew lah.
That one I support all the way.
Dare or not, stage protest against PAP regime?
Just ask Neville Chamberlin of England 1939.
He was the one who wanted to instigate German-Soviet war.
...And by this date, certain members of the Milner Group and of the British Conservative government had reached the fantastic idea that they could kill two birds with one stone by setting Germany and Russia against one another in Eastern Europe.
In this way they felt that the two enemies would stalemate one another, or that Germany would become satisfied with the oil of Rumania and the wheat of the Ukraine.
It never occurred to anyone in a responsible position that Germany and Russia might make common cause, even temporarily, against the West. Even less did it occur to them that Russia might beat Germany and thus open all Central Europe to Bolshevism.
In order to carry out this plan of allowing Germany to drive eastward against Russia, it was necessary to do three things:
(1) to liquidate all the countries standing between Germany and Russia;
(2) to prevent France from honoring her alliances with these countries; and
(3) to hoodwink the English people into accepting this as a necessary, indeed, the only solution to the international problem.
The Chamberlain group were so successful in all three of these things that they came within an ace of succeeding, and failed only because of the obstinacy of the Poles, the unseemly haste of Hitler, and the fact that at the eleventh hour the Milner Group realized the implications of their policy and tried to reverse it...
