  I believe Singaporeans will have less problem in communicating in India than China because both india and Singapore under the british rule and Indians do speak english.

  My bad that i phrase my previous post the wrong way .. India and China is not my place of choice to migrate and to me .. PRC's chinese is easier for mi to understand thou i detest them alot
