Both of these can be achieved at a much cheaper rate in countries like Australia and Canada.

I read there is a forumer, a regular in SAF after ten years of service went to migrate to Canada n he prefer the life there. How sad of this country if regulars fromSAF chose to migrate after their ten year contract.
