CPG and PWD

As we know CPG corp used to be PWD, can anyone tell me what does CPG stand for?
It's corporatised under Downer EDI but yet before going under the aforementioned NZ group, Temasek Holdings also had a hand in it. So in addition to it's acronym, who's the real boss for CPG?
