  No education syetem is perfect.

  we critize SG one for post secondary eg JC,

  is almost over 95 % on academic result

  and the other on CCA.At least ,SG secondary graduates

  student no need running around physcially

  to schools ,like mad dogs,to look for a place for JC.

  They can just click in air cond room or while chating with frens in

  McDonald's.

  BUT not for some of HK secondary graduates,so called

  Form 5 students.

  If u cannot get a place in your old school,u have to run

  to other schools to apply for Form 6(equivalent to  JC in SG).

  Poor Chaps!!

  wait 15 hours under attack of Typhoon to apply

  for a Form 6 placement---(equivalent to SG JC)

  HK business was closed on Wed 6 Aug due to

  no.8 typhoon signal.But parents and students had to wait

  for over night in open air to wait for a school placement!!
