George Yeo set out the frame work of Organ Reimbursement
SG minister think carefully before they speak .
In protocol,Singapore Foreign Minister George Yeo is the first minister
after PM,SM,MM and two DPM.

So,what he spoke ,i think,reflected the Cabinet's direction on organ reimbursement.
U can call it organ trading or sellin or whatever.
This is Singapore.We just do what we think is right to do,need to do
and do at the right time.
George Yeo said,when he met Singapore Polytechnic students,
3 conditions must be met before
organ reimbursement is allowed:
1.Donor and donee dunt know each other.
2.Charitable organsation arrange donor to be reimbursemed
and given medical care.
3.Donor will get priority if s/he needs organ donation later.

Remember foreign advisers told SG just do the import substitution industry
after 1965.Thanks God we have a wise man to tell us heading for
export oriented industries.Manufacturing in 1960and 1970's helped
reduce high umemployment and SG needed import foreign workers

Oragn reimbursement is very controversial.
Internationl organsation called for SG NOT to allow such trading
even before SG gavaman makes its stand clearly.
