Please don't try to change the subject. The discussion is about whether as seen in the CNA documentary of the Chinese torturing little children, that is acceptable or not.
To recall what you said, you said that the Americans also torture prisoners, in support of your assertion that it justifies the chinese torturing the little children.

It is a certificate issued by the Agricultural Futures Exchange of Thailand, like the certificate that the Singapore Exchange issues. Exchanges require people to have this certificate before they issue them licences to become brokers or to work in Exchange Member firms.
