Times are getting pretty bad.
I hear from some people that companies are starting to retrench.
The problems that originated from the US 1 year ago, is starting to spread to Europe and Asia.
Fresh grads coming out to work this year or next had better be prepared for 1.5K starting salaries or less soon.

Bad meh?? how come more and more people order Johnny walker, martels and Chivas in my pubs...damn rich lor. -

but the unemployment problem for local is exacerbated by the influx of foreign workers which is facilitated by the govt i.e. MOM prompt approval of work permit and s passes within the permissible time frame ICA give to visitors. In fact its not right to look for a job whilst holding a social visit pass.
Now the Work Permit successful applicants alone easily hit one thousand daily excluding s and p passes, being processed by a company called BureauServe Pte Ltd at Tanjong pagar but its called Work permit card centre with a MOM logo
