hello, everyone ,i want to apply for postgraduate of science in national university of singapore, but i am a foreigner, i don't know what should i have to do, for example, english level ? fee? credentials?
and another problem is that i am not student in college, i am working for 1 year now and have no acpuaintance in singapore . will this condition influence application, and i hope someone can give me some advice ?
