The only sense of belonging, is to your family and loved ones.
You only have to ask yourself, if you are given a chance to earn big bucks at a foreign country, with you being able to bring your family over, will you take it?
Unless you have nationalist aspirations, it doesn't matter whenever you are, as long as you and your family's well-being is taken care, any country doesn't matter.
Our Gov saw in this, constantly fulfill the needs of the people, people wil stay. Those who wants to leave, fine with them, they have lived over our Gov' means, in the meantime, the Gov can still import more people to take over them.
