I have a theory
lionnoisy is actually a big time fan and supporter of Chee Soon Juan, so he is trying to undermine the ruling party's reputation in here by pretending to support them rabidly and doing all kinds of silly and offensive things in their name to discredit them.
As it turns out, there is some proof that lionnoisy is a supporter of Chee Soon Juan:

Seriously now, there's sweet fuck-all chance of the first two options - nobody would be dumb enough to let this evolutionary dropout into the country, much less hire him. The third option is the only one that's even remotely possible, and then he'd probably have been rejected for filling the form in with crayon.

Unfortunately they were not very receptive to his ideas...
