I was smirking, Singaporeans deserve it.

the logic is the same water conservation tax.
even though my water usgae is very low, i end up still having to pay this water tax irregardless whether i am out of singapore the whole mth.

i can give you some ideas!
Don't on the light but use candle..
Don't on the fan but use Satay fan..

Don't forget, PM Lee gave us all Rebates on Conservancy & Utility bills throughout this year on specific months. So, naturally, there will be increases in Tariffs. It goes hand-in-hand - that is right hand give, left hand takes back.

I think the increase in tariffs is to make F1 a success...to recoup the profits that's anticipated but did not materialise.

Might as well disband the Energy Market Authority (EMA), no use.. waste money... Cant think of way to save. But can think of ways to predict future oil price, cover backside only. Useless and no authority. waste taxpayer money.
