Any type of citizen you can change, but not those from the dot. PERIOD. I have proof and solid evidence. It would be interesting if anyone would like to challenge this and prove me wrong. I doubt anyone can prove me wrong. ha ha ha! come!
I think it just boils down to having an inquisitive mind more than anything else. It's pretty difficult with youths engaging in say console/computer gaming these days. Our ancestors were preoccupied with survival while we are preoccupied in attaining lvl 70 in World of Warcraft. How about a game that has a "Current affairs" theme ?
