It was very obvious that oil prices has been falling and some idiot just made a wrong prediction looking at the graph. This idiot must be living on Mars. So what forward fuel price are they talking about and how do they justify the 21% increase?

The same way they justify persecuting opposition figures like Dr Chee Soon Juan and just as siiliporeans do not care about that, silliporeans will not care about how they justify the 21% increase... silliporeans just bend over and say a soft "ouch" and hope they heard it...

Hello, u study english or not, me english no good also understand what is the meaning of forward, forward means going upfront,,,charging up...one way up only. And the opposite of forward is backward, since it is a forward oil price,..it means it will move up..charge up..one way only..no backward one ya.
