I fully agreed with you, when i was 14yo, I heard of Singapore taking in PRC athletes, so i give up Badminton, but before that, i hv great passion in it, was the top district players and interschool single champion. Now i still hv all the trophies in my cabinet, but i give up badminton due to Sport council breeding in PRC gals rather than local.
The mentality is same, any local name called is consider no good player, but in sport, as my former coach from Indonesia told, as long as you give your best shot, you have won.

Argh I typed loads and then lost it. the comparison for the guy from the last page - there were a load of foreigners in the GB olympic team and most of the french team is, though zidane isn't. Vieira, Mandanda, Evra etc
