PAP should put all the ill-gotten compensation funds into a Charity Endowment Fund to provide financial aid to the underprivilleged in Singapore. At least this can off-set their sins against humanity.

The ill-gotten compensation should go back to the families of the victims... the massive amounts they take in public funds for their salaries and the salaries of their cronies, those, they must put " into a Charity Endowment Fund to provide financial aid to the underprivilleged in Singapore."

The Mr Lees have already so much money, why do they still want more? Wouldn't it be better to take the 6-figure sum out and say,"I gladly give up this wad of cash to the needy and desperate in our country."?

Actually, they would look kind of guilty if they decided to take legal action. Especially on somebody that would least of all look like a threat. It would show that either the Lees were paranoid, or something really did happen.
There is no "credibility, pride and intergrity are preserved", only shame and fear. It is as obvious to any that they're just trying to maintain another authoritative rule in an authritarian state.
It makes me sick to see them suppressing freedom of speech when they're the very ones who claimed Singapore to be a democratic country.

Anyway, the Lee and the local media has already been very successful in ruining CSJ reputation, portraying him as a madman (and I believe many brainwashed Singaporean will believe so).
So I don't think he has much chance in the next election anyway.
Therefore, I think the lawsuit will not affect CSJ much.
And it's no secret the Lee like to bankrupt their opponents, like what they did to JBJ.
