what are they furious for?
I don't think we need to get worked up by these intrusion, not leastOriginally posted by tripwire:looks like ... sometimes... words aint enough... must pull out the missiles and send their seamen into the depth of the ocean to make a point...
you wait long long... those monkeys will simply cook up something else to complain...Originally posted by awestruck:For gods sake...no one in their right mind would think that Singapore is weak. Why the hell do you think Malaysia is always so pumped up about every little thing?? They've got nothing else to do....think you might be underrating the malaysians a bit too far low...
With a population almost 4 times that of Singapore they have a currency thats valued at less than half...and thats WITH petroleum and palm oil plantations larger than the Republic itself. Wont you war mongers stop thinking about killing and maiming, its sooooo backdated.think you too idealistic....
You should know perfectly well that Singapore can kick major ass when it wants to. Don't u think Malaysia knows that as well? The best thing Singapore should do is to get those desalination plants up and running. Once you sever the water link the ministers up north are going to have a lot less to talk about and more of a problem hiding the country's real problems behind newspaper selling stunts.
Yeah i read that incident before. May i know which newspaper did you read the incident from? When was it? Thanks. Four Singaporean were caught by the Malaysia ISA for espionage. Too bad those four Singaporean were later HANG by the Malaysian government. Then Singapore and Malaysia relationship become sour.Originally posted by eurofighter:I read in a newspaper before that a few singaporeans got ISA for conducting espionage for a regional country. Also read from somwhere(probably Defending The Lion City:The Armed Forces Of Singapore) that Malaysia caught some of our spies.
BTW, anyone knows about the incident where a female soviet spy seduce a Singaporean worker working in the Singapore embassy in Russia to get some secret codes? The Straits Times says that this incident is mentioned in the booklet about ISA given to students.
