The casinos must complete on time so that parents can park their children's college money with the casinos.
The completion of theme parks and other amenities can be delayed.

like i use concession card and take mrt free.
like i have a country club membership and get in free.

Las Vegas Sands Soars 80% After Talks With Singapore (Update2)

Oct. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Las Vegas Sands Corp. soared 80% in New York trading after the Singapore government said it was in talks with the casino company to help finish a $4 billion casino project.
The Singapore Tourism Board said today it's seeking to ``facilitate the success'' of the project in downtown Singapore. It didn't specify any type of aid or say if it would involve financial support of the project.
As usual, they are using public money but the public has no rights to know, "didn't specify any type of aid or say if it would involve financial support ".
Let me remind Singaporeans that supporting evil of this magnitude will bring on to them curses of the worse kind.
If you do not mind, like the senile despot, having a wife/mother that cannot die a peaceful death and has children and grandchildren suffering from cancer, just go ahead and support evil and evil doers and you shall see.
