How much public funds did PAP town councils lose in total ?

Lost millions dollars in investment by town councils? Why town councils are given so much fund to invest instead of developing or improving the town? If Singapore government need investment didn't we have the GIC to do the job? Has Singapore town councils gone out of its' scope or simply have they abused or misused the tax payers' funds?

the problem is who is auditing their investment, and what investment are they investing?? dun tell me all the while they are gaining individually from the investment using taxpayer's funds without check and balance?? No wonder all grow fat fat n fat...
And now they sense that there is a big lost coming, they start to tell the public about town council investing lost and start to increase conservatives charges, Car parks charges and space rental charges..etc etc..

PAP is into every evil greed, treat our money as tools for earning more for themselves. I am really surprised town council has the cheek to invest using the funds.

Good to know you are interested to know more. Observe, ask, read and talk to people then you will know more. With effect from 2013, PAP is making buying annuity compulsory. In other countries, the govt is giving pension, in sg the govt is forcing the citizens to buy their own pension. PAP basically only cares about money making. If they genuinely care for us they will not go on to increase so much during this bad time. -

umm, they don't pay pension, they will pay pension to themselves not to the people who feed them. China does not impose any GST, or into any investment using the people's money but they the govt has the heart and interest for the people to give them pension.
