if it is not civil case, but rather, it is a criminal case, the prosecution won't charge people unless there is a fair chance of victory.

oh, that one... i remember that one is because CSJ is acting like an ass and asking questions unrelated to the case and contempt of court.
the judge attempt to give CSJ the chance to defend his actions, but he didn't do it, but keep asking LKY on unrelated stuff, there was nothing to cross exam, all the stuff was clear, and this guy is clearly wasting time, the judge has the option to move on.

are you saying 15 year old shouldn't be charged? 15 year old are charged in juvenile court. or are you going to be the judge to decide whether a 15 year old should be judged? anyone who is brought to court is confirm sad, but all the court can do is give a fair judgement.
