Do u think MOM should bring about such a scheme with regard to foreign workers?
Like i mean, in other countries, getting a work permit is not easy as there are pre- requisites to be met before gaining employment permit . But in singapore , its rather liberal ans we have to make up for it in some other way.. But this liberalism may bring about substandard workers in the workforce.
If a work performance monitoring scheme is implemented,we can at least know who are the ones who have potential and considered a "Talent'.

MOM is good in collecting tax Levies from Foreign workers and talents, they dun care who is who, our town council invested in bonds, MOM invest in Foreign workers, without them, MOM got no income to sustain. Singaporeans and talents is not MOM responsibility.
How is it supposed to work? Sounds pretty dubious to me.
you employ foreign workers, you pay levy. if they suck, you will not be keen to pay the levy, than he get out.
i call it the levy enforcement system.
